Intensively change their policy for their interest. Never happened promising free personal training. Unreasonably charge fees and they told me to call to cancel which took me forever. Even though their classes are awesome and the environment is clean, quite without hesitation.

I've been a member forever and it has gotten a bit less new and shiny lately, but I still think it's a great gym. There is a diversity in race, age and fitness levels of the members that I appreciate. Yes, sometimes I have to search for the particular weight I need but they have two mat areas as well as a dedicated weight room so I can easily find it. It's rare that I have to wait for a machine. I used to go to their yoga classes, which were very good, but haven't been lately due to scheduling. The steam room and sauna are generally working and are kept clean, as is the locker room. They had some problems with the hot water a while ago, but that is due to the building and we were able to use another branch nearby for that period. The staff is generally helpful and polite, though I see a lot of changing faces lately. They have never complained when I run a few minutes over closing time. Recently they have revamped their price structure to offer inexpensive memberships and I am saving quite a bit over what I used to pay, although I do have to bring my own towel. I looked into joining a nearby Y recently as they have a pool, and it was way more expensive. Overall, this is a good gym.

I have been going for couple years now, they are stingy with towels machines are old and broken, staff is pretty much rude and unprofessional def not worth the money you pay to go there bathrooms are filthy, they run out of paper towels all the time no tissues, lockers are coming apart it's been down hill, blow dryers are pretty much out of commission there are two working ones for an entire locker room, when you take classes there is barely any equipment for everyone. I would suggest save your money and go somewhere else.

This gym has been going downhill for months. They are often out of paper towels, towels, lotion, tissue etc. The equipment is breaking down and it takes forever for it to get repaired. The floor is a mess. There are weights all over the place in addition to Kleenex, towels, empty water bottles, rusty pipes, broken parts of the equipment. I seems like no one is looking out for any level of quality.
