My family and I celebrated our mother's birthday at the Society Cafe today - I had to rush home to write a review that perfectly reflected the spectacular morning we had. Each of us devoured our meals and we can't speak highly enough of the service. Everyone that we came into contact with today brightened an already joyous day. Thank you immensely! I will find an opportunity to return soon. Vegetarian options: I'm a vegan/vegetarian and I chose to eat vegetarian at this restaurant. The menu items that were veg-friendly were clearly indicated!

Came here last Saturday after a show in midtown with family and friends. We showed up a few minutes late but the host was understanding and accommodating! We LOVED the popovers and martinis! Our waitress Kim was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We were there for hours catching up and did not feel rushed at all! Overall the atmosphere was great and service was fabulous!! Shout out to Kim! Thank you for a great time! We will be back!

Meh. The service was really bad! We came for happy hour, they were out of happy hour wine, and gave us a really hard time. We attempted to order right before happy hour was over, and the waiter took his sweet time and gave us a hard time saying the system wouldnt allow us to order on HH. It was just very unpleasant, and the waiter was rude repeatedly. Just very unnecessary behavior. He even gave us a hard time to split the check between TWO people. Definitely dont recommend.

I visited NYC for the first time this past weekend and had a fantastic experience at the Society Cafe. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. Raphael was exceptionally hospitable and made our visit even more special. We will definitely be back!
