        Worst customer service ever! When calling the customer service, they are not only rude, they also hang up when they don’t want to solve your problem. Not only one person does that. They don’t want to solve the problems.

        I can't believe this level of customer service is happening in New York city.. Customer representatives have no idea about the application and the services in this bank. Incompetent with customer service and with solving any issues. When you call its takes 20 min to get connected with a Representatives and then another 30 min to explain to the representatives what is happening with their services .
