Customer service at this BK joint is very slow. People wait online for their orders at 4pm and its past lunch time and yet it still slow. Got my whopper but the fries were just really bad. I felt they kind of poured way too much salt on to the fries and couldn't eat them as they were way too salty!!!

Don't waste your time going to this Burger King specially if you plan to go here late night past 10PM. They are so painfully slow I walk out half of the time and at times they do get very rude. At this point whenever I'm located in the area I do not go to this Burger King whatsoever, I rather just take a few second and walk to the Wendy's which is located down the block across the street from the Empire State building. The food always come out wrong and do i means ALWAYS, you would think in the late night hours when the probably only see 10 customers per hour, that they would get people order right.
