DANGEROUS! Beware. I went in for coolsculpting on my love handles. Look at the pic attached. The woman Irina Lechuk put each of the applicators in completely different spots. One we was correct but the other was many inches higher. On my mid back. I complained during that it felt too high. She said it was fine and not to worry. They said that over and over the whole time. The whole process was a mess. She didn't even hold the applicators on me during the process. She props it up with old towels and pillows that look like they came from home. So nobody was controlling the placement of an expensive and dangerous piece of equipment that literally freezes your body. They just left the room and left me laying there. DO NOT GO.

DANGEROUS! Beware. I had another doctor review what they did to me the day after and he confirmed it was poor practice / negligent. I went in for coolsculpting on my love handles. Look at the pics attached. The woman Irina Lechuk put each of the applicators in completely different spots. One we was correct but the other was many inches higher. On my mid back. They do it one side/applicator at a time and marked me body with a blue marker before doing it so they know where to place the applicators (remember this). So I complained during the process that it felt too high up my back compared to the first applicator. I wanted love handles not mid back. She said it was fine and not to worry. They repeatedly said that during the whole process which was a mess (as was their office). She didn't even hold the applicators on me during the 35 process which led to it slipping off multiple times (which hurts bc it's a powerful vacuum and freezing air). She propped the machine up with old towels and pillows that look like they came from home. So nobody was controlling the placement of an expensive and dangerous piece of equipment that literally freezes your body. And SURE ENOUGH when I looked in the mirror her placement of the applicator didn't even touch where she had marked me (see photo). DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT RESULTS

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. It's the worst and you can tell my the tone of the staff once you give them a call. Dr. Irina Lelchuk assistant is TERRIBLE she should not be working with patients. The lady has no medical knowledge and will only give you a hard time about everything. She's difficult to work with. On top of this, the office isn't technology equipped. You can't see your results online and they can only give you hard copies of test results when you go into the office to request for it. No one has time for that these days and everything should be easily accessible. Some of the staff has a NASTY attitude. On top of this visited this office for an annual physical, and they will not refill my allergy spray saying I need to make a dr appointment to request for a refill. this is ridiculous.

I had a great consultation and look forward to reaching my goals with Dr. Irina Lelchuk. This doctor gives me tough love like any Russian mother would give to their daughter, and I like how knowledgeable she is with a holistic approach. The use of technology using 3d body scan is extraordinary. I learned so much about how every system and function in my body is all connected, and she really got to the roots of my problems , it was no wonder I did not feel like myself and I wish I came to this doctor sooner. she does not sugar coat anything as every single thing we put in our body counts.The test covers many important functions from liver, to joints, kidney, insulin, cholesterol, brain , reproductive and breast, stress , galbladder and so much more, everything is presented in the form of ranges being normal vs. out of range and the dr did a great job explaining the results in detail. She also offered me great supplements with clear instructions on use and important dietary, stress and exercise regimen to go along with my custom plan. I like how she even observes excessive use of technology as being factor in my health and she looks at vitamin deficiencies as well. I opted for lipotropic program and the assistant who administered it was very gentle and professional, she did a good job explaining what items could conflict with the injection. I personally feel a burst of energy already and look forward to learning what other treatments can pair well with this injection as they have tons of options to choose from in terms of lipo lasers and fat freezing. It is also great to see how flexible appointments are, i can basically walk in anytime on a Tuesday or Thursday so you are in and out the door. It is nice to come a place that doesn't put pressure on you while giving affordable rates for all programs. You can also find programs to choose from on groupon but their office honestly beats those prices because additional complimentary things come with the office rate that you wont get through groupon.Only thing that holds me back from giving five stars is waiting room, there is not many seats and the space is rather small with no privacy with front desk between patient and staff during checkin.
