DO NOT PURCHASE! For such a simple order of swatches (which if I liked meant I was going to be buying in bulk) they truly provided one of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered swatches and paid for them about $24, it said they would be delivered by the 24th of January 2019, which was perfect because I was going to be in the US for 2 weeks. A week goes by and no updates on my purchase, so I try to email them... no reply. Another few days go by, no updates so then I send a tweet and also through their website chat and facebook messenger.. no reply. I saw that they had read the facebook messenger message but no reply. All I was asking was for update on my order to please ship before I leave the country... no replies at all. I found their number and tried calling...disconnected. So today, January 28th 2019 I tried messaging them again on Facebook asking what is going on and then they blocked me. I paid for these swatches and it is not about the money but these people are either out of business or scammers. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!
