        A great hardware store, with knowledgeable staff + other stuff like high end woodworking tools, fun toys, cookware, etc.

        Honestly the man who attempted to 'help' me match the lace from my wedding dress was pretty condescending and rude. He wouldn't pull some laces I wanted to examine more closely from the shelves-- apparently, the lace on my very-popular-Spanish-brand wedding dress "isn't made in France." "Good luck" to me for wanting to customize my strapless lace dress with illusion sleeves and lace appliques. I'm just the bride, I obviously don't have eyes or thoughts of my own. It *does* seem like they have a nice selection of fabrics... if you're down to have your mood ruined.
