Avoid and go to a different one. Incompetent staff - I was told it was impossible to place an order for frames at first, but after pushing I found out we could place a "special order". - I needed the glasses in 1 weeks and they assured the delivery time was 5 days to close the sale. It ended up being more than 3 weeks. - they went back and forth between YES we need the actual frames to take measurements to order the lenses, or NO it can be done on different frames. Which one is true? I ended up cancelling the order. The staff never called my insurance to let them know, meaning i was never able to re-order glasses at a different retailer. So on top of making me lose my time, they make me lose my vision coverage for 2017. Very unprofessional.

The doctor on staff was needlessly obnoxious, unprofessional, and nasty. Every question I asked was like a chore for her to answer. I brought my glasses there because it's near my office and I lost a screw. They told me I could get them at noon. At 12:15 they weren't ready... Ok. After waiting a half hour I asked if it was easier if I came back later. The doctor's response was "I'm working really hard to do this. I forgot about you. We don't do repairs on glasses that aren't our own." I definitely won't be returning to that, or any other LensCrafters.

Total rip-off, as of October 2017, they are now trying to charge $56 for a box of 30 lenses, this is the cost of 90 lenses anywhere online. When i went to the store and ordered they said $56/box, which is higher than the best online pricing for 90. I said ok, thinking i was getting a 90 pack and not minding to pay a little more to support a local business. Went to pick them up and they handed my a 30 pack and insisted the pricing is correct. If you've got money to burn, go for it, if not, shop elsewhere. They just lost a customer who had been loyal to them for close to 20 years.

I went in for an adjustment on my Warby Parker glasses, and they were so kind and fixed the frames within five minutes, no charge! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, too. Thank you for your help!!

Dr Zupa is the best ophthalmologist I've ever been to. I needed contact lenses to replace my bifocals. She was so incredibly patient and professional. We tried a number of different combinations over the course of a few weeks until we got the right ones. Amazing service. Thank you!
