Very impressed with the service and staff.. I called desperately on a Wednesday at 5:50p because my glasses had just broken and I expected to drive upstate on Friday. Not only were they able to see me at 6 (although I had to run to make it), they also stayed open late to help me select frames and were still able to have the glasses in my hands by 11am the following day, Thursday. A second pair of (frameless) glasses came the next week, and when they didn't sit properly on my face, the staff at My Optician immediately ordered a new pair of lenses so that they could re-drill the frame seating the next day. The staff were wonderful in general - I could not be happier with my decision to use My Optician.

The folks at My Optician were helpful -- patiently helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. The prices are much more reasonable than other local opticians, and they carry many of the newest styles. If you ask for a discount on a second pair of prescription glasses, they may give you a discount.
