Broadway Inbound

Don't make my mistake. I authorized payment before without thoroughly reviewing the invoice. The charges for Premium Orchestra seating invoiced were $55 higher than posted. They did do right by me though which I really appreciated. They explained the situation which has to do with the quirkiness of ticket pricing. They worked with me and the theater to find a reasonable alternative.

never ever ever would I use again, terrible and completely unprofessional. we spent over $1,000 thru fit@broadwayinbound prior to travelling from Sydney to NYC in January 2016 - however whilst we stopped over in LA the snow storms hit NYC and our flights (and every other flight for 3 days) was cancelled. we advised fit@broadwayinbound and asked for assistance. fit@broadwayinbound refused to cancel/refund or even change our tix, saying that we did not give the required 8 days (because we had not notice of the snowstorm ...). I looked at the broadway websites and people on them reported that shows had been cancelled, and where shows went ahead but people could not make it due to the storms the tix were refunded or delayed to a latter date. when I raised this with fit@broadwayinbound (prior to the scheduled shows) they simply stopped returning my emails. I will never ever use this service again and would recommend everyone else steer clear
