I have been a member for over 5 years and have never had a problem..I saw the complaint about not returning the man's money..thru BBB ...if you called them when they were opened (closed for more than a year) I'm sure they would have added a year when opened. I get a email to renew when my year is up in case I don't have the money at that time...the staff at play by play are so helpful, and kind. I am sorry you have reported them to BBB I give them a 5 star review...Linda smith..long time member!

Major disappointment this past year. If you think this subscription is going to be your backdoor into hot events, broadway shows, brand names...think again. This is for all the shows that got left behind. Also a very high number of niche categories like queer themed performances. On the rare occasions they have a real broadway show for ex. they will sell very pricey tickets "to benefit the actors fund" lol As if you pay for a membership expecting to benefit the actors fund. On the rarer still occasions where there is an event with mass appeal like a concert, you won't get tickets anyway bec they're limited and get snapped up super fast. The bottom line- only buy this if you want a service to choose cheap events for you and give you some extra options. Not bec "its a steal."
