Telecharge

I have used Telecharge for many years and am puzzled it has received so many negative reviews as my experiences with has been uniformly positive. I find the website easy to navigate, the seating chart terrific (I especially appreciate a feature that allows you to see what a view of the stage frm your seat would look like) & tickets are always emailed in plenty of time. Every customer service person I’ve spoken with has been courteous & helpful. I give them my wholehearted recommendation.

Updated: Telecharge called to try to correct the situation. While they couldn’t get us our original seats back, they were going to try to find new ones. I appreciated the phone call apology. Mistakes happen and glad to know they still value customer service. We were so excited for Broadway to reopen. We scored great seats to the reopening of Jagged Little Pill and planned an entire trip to NYC around it. Well then Telecharge sent an email saying that show was cancelled and told us to exchange or get a refund. We knew we had limited options so quickly logged in and exchanged them even though we were sad to miss reopening night. Well not 20 minutes later they sent an email saying “oops our mistake” and that our show wasn’t cancelled. They refuse to take any phone calls and required emails for issues. We immediately emailed them. But by the time they responded (hours later) they had already sold our original seats. Their response “too bad”. I thought Ticketmaster was bad.
