We used to live in New York and it was always our special place. On our 5th anniversary, I bought us tickets to New York to celebrate the occasion. I told my girlfriend that our common friend left us tickets to the Broadway show at his work and we need to stop by to pick them up. When we arrived, the manager gave us an envelope with the tickets and said that if we want we can take some pictures from the terrace as they have a nice view. We walked with him to the top floor. As we entered the terrace we saw rose petals and Marry Me sign. Jacky started to laugh and hit me on the shoulder saying " you got me". That's how I proposed. It was fun and emotional and we love telling our proposal story to the people. Thank you guys for your help and advice, I wouldn't be able to do it without you.

First time in New York and I knew that would be a perfect place to pop the question. I was looking for a nice rooftop with a great city view and found these guys. They were so fast and organized that I really was feeling relaxed and not nervous at all. I followed the advice and told my girlfriend that I made a rooftop restaurant reservation when we arrived, the "host" asked the name of the reservation and walked us to the roof. When he opened a door, my girlfriend stepped back and looked at me puzzled. There was an open rooftop with candles and big Marry Me letters. I walked her in the center and start my speech. She was crying. She said that she had no idea I was planning something because I was so calm. Well, thanks to RooftopProposal.nyc for that.
