I would give this a half star but it wouldn't let me. I am a newer user to shopping on the internet - mostly Amazon. So i guess i'm spoiled that way. But i though WBShop was affiliated with Amazon so i ordered a sweatshirt on the 16th hoping it would be here by Christmas - like Amazon, thinking i would get it in 2-3 days. It took 5 days just to get it shipped - so it won't be here until the 27th. What a HUGE disappointment. Not only did their website and USPS site say different things about the shipping which confused me- i called them to listen to 23 minutes of "your call is very important to us". No one ever came to the phone so i hung up to email which said i will get a response within 24 hours. I'ts been 28 hours. No response. Their customer service is non-existent. I don't even think they have anybody that works there. Just all robots.
