AVOID. My cousin had a horrible experience here and I had to help him get a refund and change schools since he doesn't know how the American system works. PC Tech (also known as New York English Academy) hosts people who are only interested in student visas because they want to stay in the United States. 5 stars if you want to find a way to stay in the United States and need an indefinite student visa. I'd give 0 stars for the quality of education. If you want to learn, go to a real academic institution, like one of the many universities and colleges around the city.
