Our rep: Karen Siewdass does an awesome job. We had a customer that spilled water on our machine and was replaced within one day. Provided us an online account to run accounts so we didn't miss a copayment.

I recently had a great deal of difficulty in connecting my New machine . Fortunately I was able to contact to Darren who absolutely went out of his way in every way to assist me in getting the problem solved. He ensured that I was connected to the Tech dept & stayed on the line until we where able to fix the problem. He did this in 2 separate instances. I would say that he has set a very high bar for your company and displayed exemplary customer service skills . He is a role model for a Company that truly believes in assisting their customers.
