Edit at bottom! Went into today for the first time on  8/20/22.I would have come in sooner but I thought they were wholesale only. :) I can only speak on the retail side. I like to frequent other stores with these types of supplies but this store has items I have never seen before! I loved their selection of vases and pots. My favorite color is pink and this beauty pictured just had to come home with me. I'm happy that they already have some fall decor out. Each person was helpful and cheerful. I will definitely be back to shop again. The photo of the pink vase with flowers is the one I brought back. Someone has already asked if it was from CB2! Lol It is gorgeous and fits my apartment so much.Edited to add: For some reason, I didn't think I could go past all the vases to where the ribbon is. But I asked today and saw all the ribbon. :) I bought three rolls for the upcoming holiday season and I'm sure I'll be getting more. Any type of ribbon or packaging you may need (packages of jewelry bags or boxes) you will find here. And again, everyone was so amazing and helpful.

My mother needed two 6" pots, so we headed to the flower market. She didn't find the pots here, because although there was a great selection, most were heavy metal, ceramic, or glass. She wanted something lightweight, but attractive. I did find two rolls of preserved moss, which I plan to use to cover some ugly plastic planters. We didn't experience bad customer service, and my mother has been coming here for YEARS for ribbon and flower pots. The ribbon selection is wonderful, and much cheaper than M&J Trimming.

Shopped this establishment to prepare for a DIY baby shower's floral centerpieces & found everything I needed in 1 shop! Employees were very knowledgeable & helpful!
