What a joke of a business. Purchased a few of their tiny tattoo machines at 69.99, several days later, the day before shipment was supposed to arrive, unimax reaches out to let me know the price has gone up to 150 and that their website was incorrect. After explaining I agreed to purchase at the listed price they would not honor the price listed on my invoice. Called and spoke with the owner and the guy called me a liar multiple times, told me this is normal business practice and that he's much older than me and I wouldn't understand. He also said that he has never sold those at that price, so I explained that I have personally seen this specific machine sold from him at the price of 69.99 and he continued to call me a liar. I was going to purchase these based off of a recommendation from someone who had purchased at that price. The owner is beyond rude and completely unprofessional, I would give it a zero star rating but that's not an option. 30 years in the business and hasn't figured out customer service or even honoring their prices, complete joke.

I've been using this company for 10+ years. Started using unimax south in Texas cause they got my supplies to me the next day as long as it was ordered before 2pm! Now unimax north is king. Great quality jewelry. Satisfying my clients daily. Everything is on point. I really appreciate unimax and their stance behind quality. Highly recommend
