Js picked up our clothes on a Monday and we thought we would get them back that Thursday. On my account, they scheduled the delivery for Friday and they did not make the delivery. I called on Saturday and the person I spoke to didnt know why our clothes were not delivered but they would have our clothes go out Saturday afternoon when the driver got to work. Well, I had to call again and they said the driver didnt come in but called a different location to have their driver make the delivery. An explanation for why our clothes were not delivered on the scheduled date Js made would have been nice. So, unfortunately, only after 1 time and we received a recommendation, we will use a different dry cleaning place.
