We've been coming here for years now. The service is always satisfying, my dry cleaning is returned with care, W&F smells really good, and most importantly they are very nice people! I know how hard for small businesses during the pandemic, but they survived and is still so helpful!

The best! I'm a workout fiend who always has very sweaty clothes and they do a great job. They always ger my clothes done earlier than promised and everyone there is friendly and professional.

If I could zero stars I would. After being a faithful customer on a weekly basis, and always greeted with a smile and good service, I was stunned in my recent interactions with Bliss Cleaners. They lost my expensive pair of triathlon shorts, which cost me $90. After I made sure it was not in my apt and looked several places for two weeks, and inquiring if any customers had returned it by accident, I asked for a refund. Speaking with the two gentlemen who run the place, they were clearly uncomfortable with me asking for a refund even though they were at fault, and insinuated I was a liar. I was not happy but then one owner said they would compensate me $50. I said since the shorts were $90, I would agree to the terms of $50 and 1 free load of laundry, and I would take the $20 hit. I actually had to go rebuy the shorts, so in reality I was out $180. They agreed to this and we parted ways. I put in for a free load of laundry, which they delivered. When I went back in to ask about the $50 and how they were handling that, the one man refused to speak with me and kept taking customers walking in after me, 3 walked in behind me. I was about to leave and never come back when he looked at me and said "I'm not good at English, we agreed to $50 worth of laundry" The other man refused to engage in a conversation with me, and then said 'we gave you free laundry as a courtesy, we don't do that' Needless to say, I won't be spending my money here. Which I told them and they replied "GOOD!!" as I walked out. I don't recommend using them. TLDR; they lose your clothes, awkwardly agree to compensate you, then back out. Also I don't think they used soap or they water it down! Go to one of the many other wash & folds in the area.
