        Very nice and helpful staff. They do a good job with laundry but ruined a Sonia rykiel designer dress (practically new) that cost me $350. I’m afraid to ask them to redo the ironing because the first time was terrible. Maybe the prices are normal for the UES, but I think they’re high. If they did a good job, the price wouldn’t matter as much.
