We've known Jessica for 10 years only by patronizing Monarch. We've had EXCELLENT service throughout that time. She not only does alterations, but as one example of excellence, when my wife wants to do her own alteration, Jessica lends her a spool of thread and let's her take however much she needs. I agree with mom faller: a smiling lady who doesn't know the first thing about dry cleaning and really couldn't care less. If you ask her a question about why they botched the job - which they often do - she really wont have the foggiest idea. It won't matter anyway because her go-to response will be to blame it on you anyway. The stain that appeared on your clothing? You put it there. They bleached a pair of khaki pants white. She had no idea what happened. Really didn't care much. And she eats her lunch right at the counter next to the clothes she piles there. But that's not how that stain on your clothing came to be. You put it there.
