        I've been to Special Touch Valet Cleaners three times because they are close my apartment. The owner is just mean. Also, he always says it will be ready the next day and it is never available the next day. When you ask when it will be ready, he gets really angry and yells, "IT'S COVID! YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT!" But like... I wasn't yelling. He was? And if he had just told me the next day, that would have been fine too. I think I will walk the extra couple blocks to find a better dry cleaner from now on.

        As a regular patron of Special Touch Valet Cleaners, I was surprised to be treated in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner by the owner. His brusque attitude and shabby treatment were disgraceful. While I've experienced good service in the past, I can no longer patronize this establishment.
