        I saw that they focused more on increasing a dollar for the machines and instead of having hot water for the machines, it is unfortunate to go to wash and without hot water so that the clothes come out clean, all the clothes come out with stains no matter how much soap you use I say they don't wash well due to lack of hot water, my clothes always come out dirty. I have to get home and wash by hand to try to leave the clothes clean with the same soap that cleans well with hot water, of course. Please fix the boiler.

        Can't complain. I went on NYE to do laundry. It's want crazy full but enough people had the same idea I did. The attendant was even nice enough to add more time on my dryer. I was gone no less than 10 minutes on a16 min dryer. Since my comforter wasn't completely dry yet she was nice enough to add me time to my machine.

      We will look into your complaint, in regards to the $1.00 increase, it is a direct cause of our Con Edison bill which has increased by 50%. Our prices still remain less than our competitors.
