Worst pharmacy ever. Asked to speak to the pharmacist to ask a question about my medication- and she refused. Refused. Kept telling me to replay my question, which is my PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION to the interns up front because she couldnt walk 3 feet to have a 2 min conversation with me. So I left with medication I still have a question about. Not only is the dangerous, but its quite frankly disgusting and disturbing. Why are you a pharmacist if you hate humans, Hinge? 2nd time with major issues at this pharmacy. Calling corporate. From the looks of it there are multiple complaints about this particular pharmacist. Why is she allowed to continue to work there? You should all be fired. Period.

Terrible pharmacy service. Rude and incompetent people who ask invasive questions. I have been "scolded" for not picking up my prescription on the 14 day window during a time when I had a death in the family.

CVS PHARMACY is the best! My family has been using them for years for all our pharmacy needs. Having a child with significan medical issues who requires a lot of prescription medicine, a good pharmacy is crucial. Our pharmacist Heejin K has become a key member of my child's care team. She is an endless source of help, support, and care. She and the CVS Pharmacy team are polite, quick and so helpful. They go over and above helping us get medicine timely, and always are there to help us save money and get our medicine and understand them. They are knowledgeable about our insurance and medications. Heejin always goes over and above to make the experience easy and quick. She is kind, smart and the very best pharmacist anyone could hope for. I simply cannot say enough about her and the team at CVS PHARMACY on broadway and 77th street. THANK YOU!!
