They will keep you on hold for 30 minutes on the phone.I been in the store and called to see whats going on they dont answer I seen them not busy just talking. While the phone is ringing and them ignoring it. Thanks for not helping.

Extra bucks, carepass, and coupons no longer work at checkout. I have been a carepass member for multiple years, and this has just started in November. This is a service I pay for, and benefits are not working.. I have attempted multiple calls, emails, and raised to store manager. Will amend once this is fixed

I went to CVS today and not only did I have a $10 coupon for my toothpaste(signed up for their rewards program $5 a month) but they had the one(3 of them actually) in stock that no one else seems to have, including duane reade, Rite Aid and Target. In this Covid pandemic era I was surprised how polite and helpful the sales associates and employees were, come to think of it... 2, not one greeted me at the door and said hello, then they asked if I needed help, when I pressed the button for customer service, they showed up within seconds,, amazing! They started my day off great! that is all we need. Good Job CVS, I did grow up to you in my hometown in NH, so I guess you have those old fashioned values and still do.

The pharmacy there is the worst you can get. Rude! rude ! Rude! Refused to apply my GoodRX discount, refused talking to my insurer by phone, wanted to charge $88 instead of $15 for a prescription. One head woman there is particularly nasty but no need to mention her name. Anyway, avoid this location!
