        WORST Duane Reade Pharmacy EVER. I thought I would use them as its close to my drs ofc. I could pick up meds and go home with them. There was prob with my cvrg. Went home straightened that out called Rx next morn 10am and she says"we can express ship them to you". I thought ok Im in bklyn, i should get them soon. My meds never left that ofc for 2 days. Pharmacy kept telling me CALL FEDEX. I did. The meds were sitting on a shelf at pharmacy while they lied that fedex already had them. My meds allegedly left the pharmacy 5pm last night. What if they were life sustaining meds? Never believe in their "express delivery option". Its a joke to them that they blame on fedex because they are TOO LAZY to get up and CHECK their shelf. Very unsatisfied former customer.
