My mom went to svetlana kogan. Dr kogan gave my mother cipro pills and my mom had an allergic reaction. My mom called Dr kogan and said her skin is red and itching, and dr kogan said continue taking the medication. Turns out my mom had an allergy to cipro. My mom ended up having to go to the emergency room. My mom ended up having to spend her entire vacation days in the hospital. My mom almost died because of this doctor. Dr kogan told my mom to keep taking the pills. Be wary of this doctor.
