Deceptive, liars that don't follow their own return policy. Be careful with them. I made a bbb report and had to dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back.

What happened to Saks at Somerset in Troy? The brass use to shine on the doors when entering, armed guard at the door, hardly anyone shopping. So very sad. This store use to be beautiful. I am hoping corporate cleans the store and makes it inviting.

Off Saks is truly THE WORST retailer I have ever dealt with. From their computer ordering system automatically ordering items without an okay to Off Saks selling real garbage that had presented as high end to ordering the samr sweater twice and still getting it wrong. To keeping their only customer disservice reps in India and the Phillipines. A true evil clown show. I will never order from them again

I have been having trouble returning a watch I bought for Christmas. I was told I could return it, then I missed the cut off date, then when I called back I was allowed to return it and they would send me a return slip, the next day I received an email stating that I could not return it! Such horrible customer service and I have also been lied to here. What luxury store does that?? I'm still hoping to hear back from Precious before she closes my case out.
