We cannot say enough good things about our experience here, specifically working with Andrea! She was incredibly professional, warm, patient, helpful, and truly felt like our partner throughout the entire process (sounds like hyperbole, but I really mean it). Our experience with Andrea was totally unlike any of the other jewelers around the city that we had met with prior. No complaints whatsoever, fantastic service and experience at an entirely reasonable / fair market price. Cannot go wrong with Andrea!

I was looking for something special for our engagement ring. I went to three different Diamond / Ring specialists. Ascot stood above and beyond the others. I always felt like a special and valued client. Andrea was able to help me figure out how to make the ring with an unusual stone. She was able to source better and faster than the agents in the other places I went. She and her associate Daniela helped me understand my options and find the best center gem and the ring to showcase it. Finding the ring should be almost a special as the proposal, and Ascot met up to that challenge.

This company is outstanding!!! I can't recommend them enough. I originally got in touch for an engagement ring 6/2021. The stones were drop dead gorgeous!!! Since then I've made multiple other purchases because they always offer me something beautiful at a very reasonable price. They also have an incredible team. Especially Daniela and her associates. No reason to look further - you just found the best at the best price!!!
