Saks Fifth Avenue

Good afternoon. This is my first time shopping at Saks. I was so excited to purchase my first pair of prada shoes. You sent me MENS SHOES.Even tho I'm still recovering from back surgery that I had a month ago , I dragged myself all the way in to the city from NJ, 90 minutes one way - to exchange them and see what woman's size would be best. You didn't have ANY in this style at all. The salesman, who was as nice and helpful as he possible could be in this situation, got the manager to see if she could give me a %10 discount because it was your fault that you sent me mens shoes.. and she said NO! I've received more compassionate care and better customer service from Target. I could not believe she said no after you sent me men's shoes. This was my first experience shopping at your store and it was so awful. Im deleting the app and never ever shopping here again. I thought this was supposed to be top notch service. I received the opposite.

Utterly stupendous store - am hooked. Mega sale of top brand dresses in top floor! Am on their mailing list now and is hard not to click n buy.

Customer service downstairs is extremely rude and unhelpful . Specifically an older blonde woman who acts like she cant be bothered to assist you
