Something is not right here. Due to pandemic they say come to office only if the situation cannot be resolved by phone or website. The web page is obsolete, doesnt have useful tools for you get in touch with them or make self service. Phone calls are impossible, nobody picks up or hang you up .You have to go in person and some employees there treat you bad or make things difficult to you in a careless manner. This instifution needs upgrade.

You call to wait over thirty minutes to be hung up on. Dont waste your time calling.

If any HRA Office service surpasses the rudeness and mistreatment from the Rider Ave. Bronx location then anyone that had to endure such treatment must be traumatized for life. They give you all the reasons not to help you with anything and ensure you don't ever want you return. Requesting a manager is a setup for more failure. They'll take the staff side without even listening to what the client had to say or prove. It's disgraceful. So sad having to be in need but then dealing with them makes it all so much worse and denigrating.
