Communication is poor. Clients are informed verbally by the receptionist and the operator as well as the answering machine that Emergency Walk-Ins are Monday through Friday from 11AM to 1PM & to arrive before 1PM to be seen. On two occasions (a Wednesday & today Friday) Ive taken off of work for Emergency Dental Care and the office was closed. I was never given any indication that the office is closed on Wednesdays & Fridays. Not only did I substitute a days pay for my comp time at work but I also had to pay $39 both days for parking. Since the relocation from 42nd street, the service and hospitality has gone down the stream.

Horrible service. I made and confirmed my annual cleaning appointment. Arrived and waited to be seen. Once called left in dental chair for 30 mins before xrays were done. Afterwards, left again for about another 30 mins to then be told the dental hygienist would not be in. Wasted my time and had xrays done to bill my insurance. If told at the front desk the hygienist was not in they knew I would leave or reschedule. They do not care about my business or my time. They are only interested in billing my insurance. I will never return and I will contact my insurance of this matter as well.

Ive read these negative reviews, my experience has been different. Yes, since their move from the 42nd St. location, the office is smaller and the waiting area is more cramped, but the place is clean, and well-maintained. I was able to get a walk-in appointment when I needed it, The hygienists who worked on me have always been very gentle and effective, never any pain or bleeding after a cleaning. Dr. Fridman is very cool and has a sense of humor, and is very thorough and caring. She wont sell you on procedures you dont need, and they take my insurance, which most dentists in my neighborhood dont. You can have a fancy snazzy office but if you dont take my insurance youre useless to me because all you care about is money. This does not appear to be the case here.
