        Dr Edwards is the best, but his staff is incompetent. I have had no less than 6 calls with their billing dept since a procedure on February 1st. Today just learned they submitted an incorrect DOB to NYU which is why 3 calls later Delta Dental hasn't covered a biopsy. I've spent no less than 3 hours of my life dealing with their errors which also include billing the wrong Delta Dental program.

        Fantastic office with great staff. Definitely worth speaking with if you need oral surgery. And don't be fooled by Google maps if they tell you to go to 57th street. The office is totally located at 30 East 60th street, with the entrance actually on 60th Street.

        Highly recommend! Dr. Edwards is so personable, gentle and thoughtful. His staff was also wonderful. The entire team is efficient and knowledgeable. If I ever need dental work again, I will only see him.
