I have dealt with impacted wisdom teeth for a long time....thought they were giving my son good service so I decided to try them out. Worst cleaning ever. I have cavities that were not acknowledged and have been in their care for about 2 months with no pain relief. I have specifically said the 800 MG ibuprofen does not work, I've been told it does. And have been prescribed amoxocillin AGAIN. My son has been told he needs surgery .... supposedly had 3 cavities filled but has had 2nd opinions and told he does not need surgery but has at least 6 more cavities. Also my insurance has told me personally they do not know basic codes for referrals,procedures etc. Damn shame low income health and dental care is like this

IF J COULD GUVE THIS OFFICE 0 STARS I WOULD. THE WLRSR OF THE WORSE. I WENT FOR AN EMERGENCY AND THE OWNER SAID THEY HAD TO CHARGE ME 1400 DOLLARS FOR A ROOTH CANAL. IN THE MEANTIME THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED A CAVITY I HAD IN A DIFFERENT TOOTH. I WENT 2 TIMES TO FIX IT BECAUSE THE PASTE THEY PUT FELL. NOW IT FELL AGAIN THE SAME DAY I WENT TO FIX IT FOR A SECOND TIME, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY SAY THEYLL CALL ME BACK FOR ME TO GO TI THE OWNER AND FIX THE ISSUE THEY CREATED. NOW THE HOLE IS GETTING BIGGER AND I CANT EAT ON THAT SIDE. I WILL TAKE LEGAL MATTERS AGAINST THIS IFFICE AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THW INSURANCE COMPANY FOR FRAUD. THEY CHARGED THE INSURANCE, GOT THEOR MONEY AND I JUST GOT MORE PAIN

me and my whole family have agreed that this dentist place is by far is the worst place we have ever been to. The staff are horrible they don’t know what their doing they had us their for hrs and they all smoke cigarettes out side the place I have taking both of my kids my wife and Myself out of there I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there at all.
