Very friendly and personable staff. My original dentist no longer practices at this establishment but Im happy I stayed as a patient at Arch Dental as I find Dr Reich to be an excellent dentist.

I visit this office because they are in my building. I have tried to like this office but failed. The last straw that made me decide to never come back is the following: at least two hygienists have worked with me and I have a clear preference. One of them simply inspects my teeth, types numbers in computer, and there was no cleaning. So I made it very clear I will only see Sarah when I made the appointment. But when I showed up, sorry, you must see the one you do not like. I do not believe in practices that treat patients like idiots. My new dentist had to polish some filling Dr Reich did. Too much material was used and these bumps were hurting my gum.

Im writing this review so that others can be careful. Particularly if, like me, youre relatively new to the U.S. healthcare system. I came in for a hygienist check up. On arrival, I confirmed with the front desk that this was fully covered by my insurance. The hygienist said that I needed X-rays. I informed them that I had them done in my previous check-up; they confirmed again that this was normal practice and would be covered by my insurance. In fact, x-rays are covered every 3 years, not every 6 months. Arch dental knew this, and went ahead anyway. A month or so after my visit, I receive a bill for $250 for the X-rays. I called up, very confused and explained that we had already agreed what was covered and what wasnt. The admin team said they would get back to me, that was it. This repeated over a few months. I would receive a bill notice, call up the office, remind them of the situation, and be told theyd get back to me. Last month, I received an email threatening that the bill would go to collections if unpaid. This email was from the operations manager. I called, from my holiday, and spoke to the manager. I insisted that I would not pay. It took a solid half hour for the manager to agree to cancel the charges. So. I was upsold services I didnt need, and tricked into paying for them out of pocket. When I flagged this, I was chased for 6 months like it was my fault and threatened with collections. I think this is completely wrong. Hence the one star review. I will not be returning.
