Langer & Langer

Dr. Burton Langer has been my periodontist for 38 years.  He's put in 24 implants for me over the years and there has never been any problems with any of them.  Dr. Langer is the most caring and thoughtful dentist/doctor I have every known.  His staff and technicians are as kind and caring as he is.  (Please know that this review is from someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists!)

Marzieh Sharifpoor is the best hygienist I know of. She has a precision of a surgeon, she has focus and patience needed to clean every millimeter around your teeth and she has great people skills. Once she cleans your teeth, you will feel the difference and will want to keep coming back to her. The office is friendly and highly professional. Great place. I highly recommend it!

Dr Burton and Dr. Lauren Langer, are the best of the best!  I was very blessed to have had their expertise in helping me with my major dental issues. There staff is the best and there billing office is very helpful in assisting your needs.  There Hygienist is AMAZING!   I would highly recommend both doctors.  Google Dr. Burton Langer.  He is on the cutting edge of dental implants and bone grafts.  He practically invented the procedures and has written several papers on the subject in addition to hold several lectures to educate other dentists.  I will miss them as I have moved out of New York City.

Dr. Langer has seen me through a lot, and saw me again today. His demeanor is wonderful, as is that of his staff, but that pales next to his expertise. He's seen me through a great deal over the years, and he's still treating me. I couldn't recommend this office highly enough. If you're in the unfortunate need of something like, say, an implant, the good news is that there is someone capable of seeing you through it with patience, care and skill.

Dr. Langer was fantastic, however his billing department is awful. Specifically, Michelle. I went to his office for an evaluation for implants and took a ct scan. Michelle submitted the claim to my insurance company with the wrong birthday. When I called her again weeks later to let her know the claim had not been resubmitted according to my insurance company, she had a terrible attitude. She told me that they only do this as a "favor" to patients. I've never seen a doctor's office so happy to take money and then be so disrespectful and incompetent afterwards. Do not visit this dentist, especially if they keep the same billing specialist-Michelle. You'll never get any money back if she's in charge of submitting your claim.
