This company is a scam. I signed up for the membership and two days later the only location I could get to closed. No notice, no email, no response from a manager. Literally signed up, paid and then they close. Absolutely horrible. Difficult to get in touch with anyone. Total scam.

I would give zero stars if I could. Wrongfully charged me hundreds of dollars and will not get back to me. Have tried calling, left messages, texted and emailed every day for the past week and have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

Extremely unprofessional staff and bad online customer interface. Do yourself a favor and go to a traditional dentist. First visit: I input my insurance information online the night before my appointment through their provided link. My insurance was approved and was told everything looked good. The next day reception said there was a problem with my insurance and they needed to run it again. No problem, things happen and it all got sorted out after about half an hour. The first words my hygienist said to me when I went back were youre very late and Im supposed to be off right now. I explained about the issue with insurance and all she said was thats why you input it online beforehand Second visit: I just left their office without a cleaning after being told my appointment had been cancelled by me, but they were unable to tell me when. I never got an email to confirm the appointment had been canceled. To try and avoid any complications like my first visit I attempted to call their office 7 times and even texted their provided number beginning this morning. They never picked up the phone or texted back by my 1pm appointment. I only give this office two starts because once I was able to get past reception and the rude hygienist the dentist I met with was kind and explained things in a straightforward way. Save yourself the headache and go to a traditional dentist office.
