I love kossar's bagels in Hudson yards. First it's a much needed addition as there isn't a good bagel place in the area. The bagels are fresh and have a delicious doughy texture. The bialys are great too as they really emphasize their key ingredient whether it's garlic or onion. Most importantly what keeps me coming back is the hospitality and service. Maria is a great store manager and is very empathetic. She always makes sure I'm doing well. I also love talking with Toby ranging from topics of philosophy to politics. All in all, it feels more like a cozy family when I go there and service can't get much better than that.

I was hesitant to try this bagel shop due to recent reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance. The everything bagel with veggie cream cheese was fantastic! Fresh and delicious, with just the right amount of toppings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend giving this place a try. 5 stars! Recommended dishes More
