Brooklyn National Deli

Came here for the first time to order breakfast and I had a great experience. I was greeted by two employees. I think one was a manager. I took a lot of time looking at the menu, and was told they are there to help whenever I was ready. The manager even followed up to make sure I was being helped as I waited for my food. The employees were nice and I got my food quickly. It was also a nice size and tasted great. I will be coming back.

DO NOT spend a penny at this establishment. The manager of this place is the absolute worst human on the planet. While on vacation, my 78 year old mother starting having heart issues. She was starting to feel faint, so we brought her in to sit for a minute to see what was wrong. This man constantly harassed us the second we walked in. While she sat in a stool, sipping a Gatorade he yelled at her for not wearing a mask, and telling us we needed to buy something if we wanted to sit on a stool. When we explained that she was having an health emergency and there was no where for her to sit in the terminal he said she was fine and there where chairs downstairs, not caring at all that she couldnt walk. Two AMAZING Port-Authority officers walked and called EMS for us. She is now in the hospital and doing better, but I have never experienced a more inconsiderate, rude, nasty person in my life. He even tried to complain to the officers that we werent paying customers. Stay away.

I ordered a panini and soup special for $12.99 and a soda and they wanted to charge me $22. First they claimed the soup was seperate and that the cashier disnt know about the special so they dropped it to $21. Then they claimed the soda was $3. But the lettuce, tomatoes and onions in added were $5 in extra?!?! Check your tab. They are scammers. They hide behind their curteous tone but upcharge eveything and sneak in fees. Never again
