I had a horrible experience. I arrived for my 3pm appointment and so did another girl. We were booked at the same time and only 1 employee. This place is so ghetto. I went in for a consultation and the "esthetician" didn't want me to ask any questions. She rushed though my treatment without explaining and hurting my face. I inquired about another treatment and she said she didn't know what that was. Lol mam it's on your website! After rushing through the treatment she put a mask. The mask crumbled down my face and got in my hair and hoodie! I kept asking what was going on and she kept saying all is fine. Well clearly it is not fine. Then she was so rude and told me to leave because I was asking to many questions. She even turned the lights off on me. I really kept it professional until the end but I will never come back. Really felt like another world. Meaning you lose yourself here. I received a massage, facial and microdermabrasion. Total cost $245. I did have a $100 gift card. They offer add on services for a fee such as aromatherapy, or hot stones with the basic massage. Staff were friendly and helpful and took care of you. Anna's hands are absolutely amazing, she is soothing and relaxing just what i needed after the insanity of my work. As a nurse I worked so hard during the covid times and this was a perfect way for me to relax and take care of my skin hidden in the masks and PPE gear. The membership package is a deal and everyone should invest in one for your mental health wellness. 1 hour a month "just you time" I was so happy my husband got me the gift certificate i would have probably never gone myself but they are conveniently located across the street from my house and it was perfect. Definitely going back

I booked a manicure and pedicure through ClassPass at this location. My appointment was confirmed by email. I traveled brim Brooklyn to the UWS for this appointment and I arrived on time. After waiting in the reception area to be greeted a woman comes from a room in the back and we have the following conversation: Her: Hi, yes, youre here for a 2PM appointment. Me: Yes, a manicure & pedicure. Her: Ok. We have to reschedule. She then proceeds to tell me that this isnt her problem, her boss should have rescheduled me and theres nothing she could or would do because she was working solo today. My appointment was at 2PM. Theyve been open since 10AM. She clearly knew I was coming, she should have called me herself since she was the only one there before I trekked an HOUR from Brooklyn. Now I have to deal with ClassPass to make sure Im not charged a cancellation fee. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service.
