        Very disappointed with their web customer service. Ordered some stuffs from their website on 25th September and they sent it on 30th Sept. Meanwhile their website clearly states that all orders will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day at the very least. Wrote them several emails, no response whatsoever. Called their customer service only to be greeted by rude condescending representative. Never buying from here again.
