I had an awful with OnCruises. On the confirmation email I received, it says that the boat did not depart until 9:30. However, when we arrived at 8:50, we were told that the boat had already departed. We had a reservation for 4, and the guy working at the dock said they never leave at 9:30, and the confirmation email was wrong. Needless to say, they left without us, and I was extremely upset as we were misinformed. I would and will never recommend anyone to use OnCruises.

This company over books their party boats by over selling tickets on multiple ticket sites, like eventbrite. After paying $30 for parking and driving in from NJ to NY, my date and I were turned away. They said the boat was at capacity although we bought two tickets in advance. We weren't the only ones. People who had arrived earlier and were on board were literally waving to their friends standing on the dock being denied entry. It was so disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the employees acted so casual saying "come back tomorrow, we'll give you an open bar." An older woman, also being denied entry replied, "but my friend is here from London." This company is terrible and doesn't care how they inconvenience people. They are also ripping people off. How many people probably didn't negotiate a refund?! Such a rip off.
