I never make reviews but I called this place earlier this week and was disgusted and even embarrassing with how I was treated. The lady who answered the phone was rude and aggressive and extremely mean and out of line. She banged it on me when I called because I couldn’t hear her? Definitely taking my case somewhere else, great first impression… HORRIBLE.

I had a traffic incident in the Bronx and was charged unjustifiably with a crime. I immediately called the Portela law firm and met with Manuel about the case. I was greeted by a lively staff that helped me set up my appointment right away. Upon review, mr Portela was able to nip the case in the bud and managed to have the District attorney drop the charge.
