I was looking to purchase a home for me and my 2 kids. I found Carlos and Liz one day as i was in the mall. We met in their office, and they explained the entire process (wow, I didn't know it was so stressful). They work so well as a team, first of all, they recommended a different lender who qualified me for more than what i was qualified for, and also a First Time Homeowner grant program. They were God send, they were so attentive to what i wanted and needed, specially having 2 kids. They found me the perfect home. I would recommend them to anyone looking. So communicative, not only with myself, but with the lenders, inspectors, attorneys and even a moving company. I just showed up for the showings lol. Thank you, guys!!!!!! for working extra for us.
