Probably one of the poorest WeWork I've been at. Spotty WiFi, first floor isn't manned, so expect your DoorDash deliveries to grow legs. Sound insulation is non-existent. People walking normally down the hall will sound like they are stomping right beside you. You can hear every conversation near the front desk even with noise canceling headphones in and tucked away at the other side of the room. Chairs are broken and desks are dusty. There are better coworking spaces near Union Sq.

Leased a private office for 18 months. For $1000/month/desk, you'd expect decent wifi, AC, working appliances.
Instead, zoom calls were dropped, the AC didn't work in the summer, the heat was at a minimum in the winter, and the dishwasher never worked so they gave us plastic cups & forks...We experienced constant issues that had to be directed to a support@ email that required significant back and forth. I would not have renewed if the team wasn't so in love with the location.
The icing on the cake was when WeWork decided to pull nearly $10k from the company account for someone else's lease following termination.
The two stars are for the community team. They were great, but there was very little they had the power to do for the ongoing complaints of the tenants.
My new company works out of Industrious. It's 3x better.

Spotty Wi-Fi. Limited bathrooms. Not enough outlets. Packed. Whats the point? Just go to a cafe, theres no difference.
