AMAZON PLEASE STOP USING THIS SERVICE I wish I could give this a 0/5 because it is literally the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Needed something delivered on a weekend because I have work and college. It said by 9PM on Sunday. I'm like awesome. I waited outside my apartment until 9:30. I get a call at 10:03 saying that a driver was there and nobody was home. What. First of all, it's an hour after 9. Second. Nobody rang my doorbell or even made an attempt to deliver it to me. Third, as I've been on the phone all day, I'm going to have to skip my college class today so I can actually get my package. Awesome.

Amazon, please stop using A-1 as a 3rd party courier. Missed the commitment for delivery of a laptop on a same day order. Fudged their delivery time (said it was delivered when it was not) and then delivered it the next day and left it on the SIDE of my house probably to make me think I might of missed it. Except we WITNESSED the guy try to sneakily leave it on the side of my house. Pathetic. Caused me unwanted stress and wasted my time as I needed the laptop immediately. Thought the courier may have stole the laptop and I would be screwed. Chatted with Amazon for 30 minutes (Amazon is awesome and did all they could). I actually had to go to Best Buy to buy the laptop because I was sure A-1 had stolen my laptop. 0 stars. Awful company.

Amazon get your act together. In your attempt to cutting corners You cut to deep with your retaining the service of such an undependable low rated operation. They are not good at all. They supposedly delivered a package that i did not receive ? Supposedly with a signature that clearly stated signature ? WT F is this ? i"m pissed, long as you don't try and charge me for this gross irresponsibility. You really dropped the ball. I didn't to give any star because it not deserving. Goodbye.
