        I bought a product for my mother's birthday in the store at world trade center about a week ago. I wanted to return it because my mother didn't like the gift. I have the original receipt that states the return policy within 30 days in ANY US store is fine, but they still refused to let me return it because I didn't have another receipt (that suppose to have my credit card on it) that I have never received from the original store.
