Bobbi Brown has contracted services, twice, and pays over 30 days late. I'm guessing that their company is in dire financial straits, considering that they can't pay a bill that's >$1,000. I would suggest that people shop elsewhere, and avoid being let down by a company that's not financially secure enough to be able to provide service, in the future. This would include Estee Lauder (their parent company), as well.

I have been a good customer of Bobbi Brown but I will no longer purchase any products from them.. I bought the bronzer in two colors and the compacts broke as they don't stay closed... They need to be redesigned or made better.. They cost $40.00 and they do not hold up.. They always break... They exchanged one of the bronzers but would not take the other back as they say the color is discontinued.. They should have given me a credit or done something.. The manager at Lord and Taylor in Garden City was extremely rude and non caring.. I am extremely disappointed how this was handled.. You really need to do something.. I am telling all my friends not to use your products and please fix those compacts.. It is a disgrace and unacceptable.... Very disappointing.... I would really appreciate a response...There are many cosmetics that are much superior to Bobbi Brown and if your policy doesn't change on returns, you should go out of business....
