        Horrible customer service!!! I will never buy anything from this designer again. They sent me a pair of shoes with a sharp nail inside that pierced my toe; the shoes were then reduced in price within a few days. I offered the company to keep the damages shoes (and fix them myself) if they adjust the price. The asked me to provide a photo of the damage. No matter how hard I tried to explain to customer service that it's impossible to take a picture of a tiny nail all the way inside a pointy show, they wouldn't listen. I am returning the shoes and will never shop Veronica Beard again.
